The event is sponsored by the NWOSU Masonic Institute for Citizenship Studies and the NWOSU Social Sciences Department. The event is open to the public and is free of charge. Calvi, Professor of Political Science at West Texas A&M University will portray the character of Alexander Hamilton and describe his efforts to ratify the US Constitution.
